Wenatchee City Council will consider approving a Pre-Construction Funding Agreement with the Public Works Board to support design and preparatory work for Wastewater Treatment Plant digesters and boiler upgrades under City Project No. 2305. The Mayor would be authorized to execute the funding agreement on behalf of the City.
