Groton Utilities Commission/WPCA will consider authorizing a five-year service agreement with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Incorporated for up to $504,850.00 to provide consultation and software application integration services. The engagement would be funded from the FY 27 Electric non-bonded capital budget, pending City Council concurrence.
