CONSTRUCTION

Substantial Completion within 525 days and Final Completion within 555 days from notice to proceed

First Amendment revises Section 5.2 to require Substantial Completion within 525 days and Section 5.3 to require Final Completion within 555 days, with a 30-day period between Substantial and Final Completion if Substantial Completion is timely achieved. Amendment is effective on the last date signed by the parties.
