Initial term runs through 2026-09-30; beginning 2026-10-01 the Park District will transition to annual agreements aligned with the Affiliate’s fiscal year (October 1–September 30), each to be considered and voted upon by the Board of Commissioners. Agreement may be amended during the year by written approval of both parties and may be terminated early by the Park District for cause or by the Affiliate with 45 days written notice.
