South Portland engages GPCOG for Brownfields RLF support

The City of South Portland entered into an MOU with the Greater Portland Council of Governments for underwriting, closing, and administrative support of its $1,000,000 EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund. GPCOG will be compensated via a 1%–2% commitment fee on each loan at closing for the duration of the City’s active EPA RLF cooperative agreement.
