CREC Named Co-Party in MDC Encroachment Deal

The Bureau of Public Works recommended that the District Board authorize an encroachment agreement including Capitol Region Education Council as a co-party for improvements within MDC’s sewer right-of-way at 337 East River Drive in East Hartford. CREC will share responsibilities for sewer protection, indemnification, and inspection costs under the agreement.
