Council Sets Electricity Program Using AEP Ohio EDC

The Ohio Schools Council establishes an electricity purchase program that will operate in coordination with AEP Ohio as an electric distribution company for participating school entities, with supply to be provided by endorsed suppliers under future Electricity Endorsement Contracts. Participants will pay program electricity costs through AEP Ohio’s consolidated billing in accordance with Council-approved terms.

Renewal

Electricity Endorsement Contracts supporting the program may run up to five years from commencement with subsequent renewal or replacement terms; participant withdrawal generally cannot be effective before the end of the then-current Electricity Endorsement Contract.
