Council authorized a cooperative grant agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation to design and construct the Roadway Departure Safety Project, accepting up to $1.3 million in combined design and construction funding. The Mayor may bid and award construction contracts and is allowed to waive competitive bidding for design services.
