Peoria County is moving to establish the Illinois Finance Authority’s statewide Property Assessed Clean Energy (C‑PACE) program as its official PACE offering. Under the resolution, IFA will act as sole issuer of PACE bonds while the County opts out of its previous locally administered model with Slipstream.
