Initial 2-year term from last signature date, auto-renewing for successive 2-year terms unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice

Agreement is effective for two years from the last signature date and automatically renews for successive two-year terms unless either party provides 30 days’ written notice of termination before the renewal date. WIOA funds received by edwell after November are remitted to the Employer as reimbursement, and unused WIOA-funded tuition must be returned to the local workforce board.
