Initial 2-year term from last signature date, auto-renewing for successive 2-year terms

Initial term is two years from the date of the last signature and automatically renews for successive two-year terms unless either party provides thirty (30) days’ prior written notice; employer must give five days’ notice of apprentice withdrawal, and unused tuition may be applied to future apprentices with WIOA portions refunded to the workforce board. The MOU may also be terminated within 90 days of each renewal period per the termination clause.
