Description

Collin County and the City of Anna entered into an interlocal agreement under which the County Tax Assessor-Collector will assess and collect Anna’s ad valorem taxes. The City will pay the County per-parcel fees, initially $1.00 for parcels in Collin County and $1.10 for parcels outside, with costs withheld from tax collections and the agreement renewing annually absent notice of non-renewal.
