Description

Collin County and the City of Sachse entered into an interlocal agreement for Collin County to provide ad valorem tax assessment and collection services. The City will pay $1.00 per parcel within Collin County and $1.10 per parcel outside the county for the first year, with future per-parcel rates to be set annually by the County Tax Assessor-Collector. The agreement runs through September 30, 2026, and renews automatically each year unless terminated with notice.
