Jefferson County plans to enter into a Concurrent Use and Occupancy Agreement with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to facilitate removal of an existing bridge and reconstruction of a culvert on County Route 8 in the Town of Lyme. The agreement is required under Environmental Conservation Law to complete the highway drainage project at Ashland Flats Wildlife Management Area.
