The Cortland County Legislature is authorizing a 36‑month agreement with Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc. d/b/a SCRAM Systems to provide electronic monitoring equipment, software, GPS and alcohol monitoring, and PharmChek Drug Patch products for probation clients. Services will be funded through Alternatives to Incarceration grant monies and purchased at state contract/NASPO pricing.
