The Cortland County Legislature authorized a 36‑month agreement with Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc., d/b/a SCRAM Systems, to provide electronic monitoring equipment, GPS tracking, remote alcohol monitoring, and PharmChek Drug Patch services for probation clients. Services will be procured at state contract/NASPO rates and funded through Alternatives to Incarceration grant funds, subject to available appropriations.
