One (1) year initial term from Effective Date, with automatic one (1) year renewal terms unless either party gives 60 days’ prior written non‑renewal notice

Initial one-year term beginning on the Effective Date (date of last signature), followed by automatic one-year renewal terms unless either party provides at least 60 days’ written notice prior to the end of the initial or then-current renewal term. Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days’ written notice, or immediately for insolvency or nonpayment.
