Initial term runs through June 30, 2026 and automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party gives at least 60 days’ prior written notice of non-renewal. Parties may execute a written amendment to adjust the reimbursement structure once the State finalizes its new funding model. Graduation Alliance may increase the cost schedule in line with State grant or program funding increases.
