Extended term of 36 months commencing on the effective date of this Amendment, then continuing month‑to‑month until terminated with 90 days’ notice after the Extended Term

Renewal

Original Agreement Client Order No. Q-123834 dated November 7, 2022, as amended, is extended for a further 36 months from the amendment effective date. After the Extended Term, the agreement continues in effect until either party provides 90 days’ written notice of termination. Fees remain at current rates with annual increases capped at 2% in years 1 and 2 of the Extended Term, and thereafter capped by the applicable inflation index.
