Town staff recommend extending the sole source procurement authorization to purchase Neptune Technology Group water meters from Evans Utility and Municipal Products Supply Ltd. Evans is identified as the only approved Neptune meter distributor for the area, and the authorization would remain until a future meter replacement program or alternate supplier is available.
