The Town of Milton acknowledges an existing contractual agreement between Saratoga County and Saratoga County Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) for administration of the Intermunicipal Stormwater Management Program. Resolution #32-2026 modifies prior Town resolution language to align with the County’s program framework and DEC MS4 permit requirements.
