The Town of Milton approved a cooperative agreement with the Saratoga County/Cornell Cooperative Extension Intermunicipal Stormwater Management Program to support MS4 stormwater permit compliance through January 2, 2029. The program will deliver public outreach, technical assistance, GIS support, and required recordkeeping under the NYSDEC SPDES General Permit.
