Description

Kirtland City Council introduced Resolution 26-R-28 to allow the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Board of Lake County Commissioners, via the Lake County Utilities Stormwater Management Division, for funding and pre-funding of geotechnical evaluation services for the Regency Woods Drive slope stability repair project. The proposed agreement would coordinate technical evaluation and cost-sharing for the improvement.
