Kirtland City Council introduced Resolution 26-R-27 to authorize the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Board of Lake County Commissioners, via the Lake County Utilities Stormwater Management Division, for funding and pre-funding of geotechnical evaluation services for the Wisner Road retaining wall project. The resolution is at first reading and will govern cost-sharing for technical evaluation work.
