Initial term runs September 1, 2026 through the end of the 2028-2029 school year, with automatic eligibility to renew on a yearly basis by mutual consent thereafter. Either party may terminate effective at the end of the current school year with written notice, or earlier if a material breach is not cured within 30 days after written notice. Force majeure events allow suspension of obligations (other than payment) and potential termination after 15 days of nonperformance.
