The underlying services agreement expires June 11, 2027 and may be earlier terminated or renewed pursuant to its terms; within five days of termination or expiration without renewal, the vendor must delete all personally identifiable information. At the end of the term, student and staff data must be destroyed, transitioned, or returned as directed by the District under the Supplemental Information Addendum.
