SWWD transitioning ArcGIS erosion control platform to cities

Description
South Washington Watershed District has been hosting a shared ArcGIS Online platform used by Woodbury and Cottage Grove to document erosion and sediment control inspections. With SWWD no longer an MS4 permittee, the cities will assume ownership and management of the platform beginning in 2026.
