As part of Woodbury's Native Plant Rebate Pilot Program approved in May, the Washington Conservation District will provide pre- and post-installation site inspections and issue rebates up to $500 to residents installing water-efficient landscapes. The collaboration supports the city's Water Wise Implementation Plan.
