Copperas Cove ISD is entering into a master services agreement with The Flippen Group, LLC dba Capturing Kids’ Hearts for $293,300.00 in training, coaching, and subscription services spanning Summer 2026 through June 30, 2027. Either party may terminate for material breach with 90 days’ written notice if not cured; unused paid services not used within 12 months of signature may be forfeited.
