Mid-Del Technology Center is entering into a master services agreement with The Flippen Group, LLC dba Capturing Kids’ Hearts for $35,000.00 in training and subscription services for the 2026–2027 school year. The contract covers multiple professional development events and CKH Campus and District Premium subscriptions running through June 30, 2027 with options for annual renewal upon mutual ratification.

Subscription services commence upon signing or July 1, 2026, whichever occurs later, and run through June 30, 2027. The contract will renew annually upon mutual ratification by both parties, and CKH must give 60 days’ notice if subscription costs increase by more than 20% over this agreement. The overall agreement term extends until all services in the Products and Services section are delivered and is automatically extended through the last day of Subscription Access, including any renewal terms.
