Jo Daviess County Housing Authority will transfer its Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs and all related resources and assets to the Winnebago County Housing Authority under an intergovernmental agreement approved by both counties. Following HUD approval and transfer, the Jo Daviess County Housing Authority’s operations will be discontinued and the authority dissolved.
