Jo Daviess Housing Authority Programs to be Transferred

Winnebago County’s resolution supports an agreement under which the Jo Daviess County Housing Authority will transfer its Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs and associated assets to the Winnebago County Housing Authority. JDCHA’s operations will cease as of the effective date of the transfer and the authority will ultimately be dissolved.
