Urban county qualification and cooperation agreement cover federal fiscal years 2024–2026 and remain in effect until all CDBG and HOME funds and program income for those years are expended and activities completed. Parties may not terminate or withdraw during this period. City must decide by July 7, 2026 whether to continue in the consortium for 2027–2029 and execute new interlocal terms by August 10, 2026.
