Federal fiscal years 2027, 2028, and 2029; Agreement terminates on July 1, 2029 or upon execution of a superseding cooperation agreement, whichever occurs sooner

Renewal

Urban county qualification period is federal fiscal years 2027–2029; Agreement remains in effect until all related CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds and program income for those years are expended and activities completed. Either party must adopt HUD-required amendments for future qualification periods; failure to do so voids the Agreement for that period. Agreement may be superseded by a new cooperation agreement executed before July 1, 2029.
