JWSC to Enter 911 Radio Services Agreement

$55 per month per radio, or $6,600 annually

July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with four automatic one-year renewals through June 30, 2031

Initial term July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, automatically renewing July 1 each year for four successive one-year periods through June 30, 2031 unless a party gives at least 30 days written notice of intent not to renew. Either party may terminate with or without cause upon 90 days written notice; failure to pay may result in termination for cause with no refund of Operating Fees.
