The ordinance also authorizes Metro Water Services to accept PFAS settlement proceeds from Chemguard, Inc. under the same Public Water System Settlement program. Funds received will support the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund and future related payments are pre‑approved for acceptance and appropriation.
