Alongside Tyco Fire Products LP, Chemguard, Inc. is party to a PFAS public water system settlement that will provide MWS with $379,770.86 for deposit into the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund. The Council ordinance authorizes acceptance of this and future related payments.
