Western Earth Works performed water line work for the 51 Basket Street project, including leak repairs and testing preparation, and submitted an invoice for $95,251.54 processed in WP 11. The Town must pay the invoice upfront and will seek reimbursement through the DEP grant as remaining project tasks are completed.
