Seventy-five percent (75%) of the total salary and costs for all benefits paid by the Village to the SRO; plus 100% of overtime costs; plus a graduated 25%/50%/75% share if an additional SRO is added; plus one-half of approved training costs

Initial term of one (1) year from effective date with automatic one-year renewals unless notice of non-renewal is given at least 30 days before the end of a term

Agreement term is one year from effective date and automatically renews for successive one-year periods unless either party gives at least 30 days’ prior written notice of intent not to renew. Either party may terminate at any time with 90 days’ written notice; on termination, the District receives a pro-rata refund of any excess SRO payments if not in breach. Cost-of-living and other wage/benefit increases are determined annually by the Village with advance notice to the District.
