Agreement is effective for one (1) year from execution and automatically renews for additional one (1) year terms unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of intent not to renew; either party may terminate on 90 days’ written notice, with pro rata reimbursement of excess SRO payments to the District if not in breach.
