The City of Lebanon’s limited release with TWM explicitly carves out and preserves all potential claims against Haier Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for work on the Hunter Street Lift Station Replacement Project. The City also agrees to pursue Haier for any future property damage arising from its performance of the proposal work and to hold TWM harmless for such damage.
