Initial term of one (1) year beginning on the date of signature, with automatic renewal for two (2) additional one-year terms unless either party provides 90 days’ written notice before the end of the current term

One-year initial term from date of signature with automatic renewal for two additional one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the current term ends. Either party may terminate the agreement with 120 days’ written notice, subject to a 30-day cure period for breach and provisions allowing students to complete ongoing coursework.
