UTPB, Ector County ISD finalize dual credit MOU

The University of Texas Permian Basin entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Ector County Independent School District to provide academic dual credit courses and related student services for high school students from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. Under the MOU, UTPB supplies qualified faculty, online course delivery, and support services while invoicing the district directly for dual credit tuition consistent with FAST program requirements.
