Town of Caln Awards Professional Services Contract to Aspirant Consulting Group Llc (June 2026)

Year One: $23,500 (Policy Development and Implementation: $14,500; Accredit360® Full-Service Accreditation Support: $9,000). Year Two and beyond: either $13,500/year (Policy Maintenance: $4,500; Accredit360® Full-Service Accreditation Support: $9,000) or $8,500/year (Policy Maintenance: $4,500; AccredEssentials® Guided Accreditation Support: $4,000), at Department’s election.

PROFESSIONAL_SERVICES

Initial 12‑month subscription term with automatic 12‑month renewals unless either party gives 30 days’ written non‑renewal notice prior to the end of the current term.

Agreement is structured as a 12‑month subscription that automatically renews for additional 12‑month periods unless either party provides written notice of non‑renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term. After year one, the Department may, by mutual written agreement, elect to continue Accredit360® full-service accreditation support or transition to AccredEssentials® guided accreditation support effective at the beginning of a renewal term.
