MEERA curriculum and lab agreement with TECHnista

TECHNOLOGY

Initial year of curricula at no upfront charge, followed by a three-year MEERA subscription commencing after the Initial Year, with automatic one-year renewals thereafter through the four-year Vesting Period and beyond unless non-renewed 120 days before term end

Three-year MEERA subscription begins after the Initial Year; at the conclusion of that three-year period, the subscription automatically renews for successive one-year periods unless the Customer provides written notice of non-renewal at least 120 days before the end of the then-current term. Vendor must provide notice of the annual renewal obligation prior to the renewal deadline. Equipment title vests in Customer after four full academic years if all obligations are met; early termination or default requires equipment return at Customer’s expense.
