Moss Point School District Awards Technology Contract to Technista Llc (April 2026)

$12,000 per year (described as "TOTAL ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COST $12K")

TECHNOLOGY

One (1) Initial Year at no upfront charge followed by a three-year Subscription commencing after the Initial Year; thereafter auto-renewing for successive one-year periods unless notice of non-renewal is given at least 120 days before the end of the then-current term. Vesting Period for equipment is four (4) full academic years.

Initial year of curricula and equipment is funded via IBAS OTA with no upfront charge to the Customer. Customer must then purchase a three-year MEERA subscription beginning after the Initial Year; Vendor will fix annual pricing if a three-year subscription is selected prior to the renewal deadline. After the initial three-year subscription, the agreement auto-renews for successive one-year periods unless Customer gives written notice of intent not to renew at least 120 days before the end of the then-current subscription period; Vendor must provide notice of the annual renewal obligation before that deadline.
