Initial one-year term beginning August 5, 2026, automatically renews annually for up to ten years total unless either party provides 90 days’ written notice of intent not to renew. Agreement may be terminated for breach if not remedied within 30 days, with 10 days’ written notice; placed candidates may complete current placements unless removed under Section I(F).
