Begins on the Effective Date of the Self-Insured Medical Reimbursement Plan and continues for successive plan years unless non-renewed with 30 days’ notice before the end of a plan year

Agreement renews automatically for successive SIMRP plan years unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the end of a plan year electing not to renew. The agreement may also be terminated for material breach with a 30-day cure period or automatically upon Client change of control.
