Begins on Effective Date of Self-Insured Medical Reimbursement Plan and continues for successive SIMRP Plan Years, subject to 30 days’ non-renewal notice and fiscal-year funding/non-appropriation

Agreement begins on the Effective Date of the SIMRP and continues for successive SIMRP Plan Years unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the end of a Plan Year electing not to renew. The Village’s addendum deletes any automatic renewal, stating that renewal requires mutual written agreement and is contingent on annual appropriation of funds by City Council; the agreement terminates without penalty on June 30 of any year in which funds are not appropriated.
