RCI-SN Parkway 348 development agreement extended

Merced County is extending the First Term Extension in Development Agreement No. DA19-001 with RCI-SN Parkway 348, LLC from three to six years, setting a new expiration of August 28, 2029, to allow completion of key water and infrastructure steps for the Parkway residential development. The extension is implemented through an ordinance and Amendment No. 2 and does not require new CEQA review.
